Refund policy
We have a no refund policy unless you receive and item that is defective on our part. Refunds will need to be approved by management and you must have the item in your possession to show proof of the item being defective. Custom orders will not be refunded unless it is our fault like a misspelled word that was approved by you and we got it wrong. We must be contacted by email within a week of receiving your order.
We do not refund on Dtf or UV DTF Transfer orders.
You are responsible for the quality of images/designs that you submit for an order to be printed. We try to catch designs that may not meet required 300 dpi or that look like bad quality but we print in large batches and can't promise to catch them all. Please make sure your signs are high quality. I f you have questions please reach out to us before submitting your order.
