Shipping policy

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up if you choose pickup at checkout.  Orders are typically done within 2-5 days unless its a holiday and then it can possibly take longer.  If it's a specialty item or preorder it can take longer also.  We try to get items out as quick as possible and avoid longer waiting times, Sometimes they will be available same day, but not always.  It just depends on the amount of orders being processed & printed at the time you order.  If you are unhappy with a product or need your product quicker, you must notify us immediately thru email or thru our website so we can address the issue asap.  We will do everything we can to get your items to you ASAP. 

Please keep in mind we do close on Holidays and weekends.  Be sure to order in enough time to allow for your items to arrive to you in the time frame you need them!  We aren't in control of the mail service and they do run behind sometimes too.
